Joseph's parents are Clement (b. 1786 d. 7-12-1862) and Elizabeth Ann Gates (b. 1792 d. 12-1-1863) marriage date: 10-11-1810, both parents buried in St. Rose Cemetery, Kentucky. I have a copy of a page from Clement's Bible (which was in the possession of Mrs. Walter Joseph Riney of Louisville Kentucky - 1971) stating that Joseph Riney was born in the year 1813 the 31st day of May. It also verifies the other children of Clement (the brothers and sisters of Joseph). Joseph married Anna Elizabeth Isabel Cambron (b. about 1815) on 4-12-1836 in Washington County Kentucky. (Anna was the daughter of Joseph C. Cambron and Patsy Osburn.) They had 9 children: 1) Elizabeth baptized 10-27-1837 at St. Rose 2) Martha Elizabeth baptized 12-25-1839 at St. Rose 3) Rose Catherine (Kate) baptized 2-8-1842 at St. Rose and never married 4) Thomas Wm. B. 5-29-1844 baptized 6-14-1844 at St. Rose and married Helen Anastasia Smith 5) Wm. B. b. 1845 d. 6-1-1855 at age 10 buried in Washington County Kentucky 6) Mary Rosalia b. 12-22-1848 baptized 2-11-1849 at St. Rose and married Henry Orkies 7) Joseph Clement b. 5-6-1851 baptized 5-12-1851 at St. Rose |
