The other Clement (1786-1862), my ancestor, was younger than this Clement (1768-1818), so there has been some confusion with them and their descendants... This Clement was married to Susannah Montgomery on April 23, 1793; they had four daughters and a son: Ann Delia: 1794-1870 Ann Louise: 1799-? Harriett Ann: born 1811 in Marion Co., KY Matilda: b. 1813 in Marion Co., KY Felix Reuben--born June 10, 1809 in Washington Co./Marion? Co., Ky. and married Hannah Morris (daughter of Jonah and Virginia Jane (Pack) Morris) on March 27, 1843 in Lincoln Co., Mo. He died May 11, 1889 in Lincoln Co.,MO. A copy of a record exists, that Clement deeded land to Felix in Martin Co., Indiana. Some of the Riney descendants changed the spelling to Raney while living in Indiana. Felix is one of these. |
